I didn’t begin this journey with a title, a platform, or a plan to become a speaker. I began with my own lived experience—and a growing understanding that the barriers people face after incarceration can become a second sentence long after the first one ends.

Today, I’m an award-winning recidivism strategist, TEDx speaker, author, consultant, organizer, and woman changemaker who helps audiences see reentry, leadership, and systemic change differently. My work has taken me from prisons and community spaces to press conferences, national conferences, graduation ceremonies, and rooms filled with policymakers, nonprofit leaders, justice professionals, and people directly impacted by the system.

When I speak, I do more than share an inspiring story. I connect lived experience to strategy, challenge audiences to rethink what success looks like, and help people understand the role they can play in creating meaningful change. Every presentation is customized to the audience because the goal is not simply to move people emotionally—it is to give them something they can carry forward and act on.
